Just a seconds separated two Guelph runners Reid Coolsaet (28:08) and Eric Gillis as they finished 1-2 in Toronto’s Sporting Life 10km. Full story here. On April 30th, Run for Life Footprints symposium attendees were fortunate enough to be able to ask Reid questions about his recent high altitude training in Kenya.

Thanks to Southwood Secondary School in Cambridge Ontario for participating in Run for Life’s Old Soles program. The school has collected more than 3 “truckloads” of books that will be used to support an overseas library in Rural Kenya.
